. Cuando vuelva lo corrijo.

1) Kick-Ass HC – Having a movie release that was pretty true to the source material didn’t hurt.

2) Blackest Night HC – Big Event Backlash did not slow down this juggernaut by DC’s go to guy Geoff Johns.

3) Superman: Earth One HC – Huge media buzz surrounded this original piece by master scribe J. Michael Straczynski and it featured amazing art by Shane Davis.

4) Walking Dead TPB Vol. 11 "Fear the Hunters!" – Robert Kirkman piles the drama on our survivors when he introduces a terror possibly more dangerous than the Walking Dead themselves.

5) Blackest Night: Green Lantern HC – Hal Jordan must unite the powers of Will, Hope, Love, Compassion, Greed, Fear, and Rage to combat the architect of the Blackest Night.

6) Walking Dead TPB Vol. 12 "Life Among Them!" – The survivors have finally found a safe haven from the horrors that now walk the earth. But they will soon learn to be careful for what you wish for.

7) Arkham Asylum: Madness HC – Sam Keith, creator of The Maxx, invites you to spend 24 hours within the walls of Arkham Asylum, home to the most insane criminal minds in any comics universe.

8) Blackest Night: Green Lantern Corps HC – The Blackest Night is the threat the Green Lantern Corps was formed eons ago to deal with. But how does the DCU’s interplanetary police force deal with a seemingly unstoppable army of the dead?

9) Flash: Rebirth HC – Barry Allen’s ultimate sacrifice in the pages of Crisis on Infinite Earths #8 was one of the most heroic scenes in comics’ history. He became a martyr to his fellow heroes and an inspiration to his nephew. His return was twenty-five years in the making and was well worth the wait. Now a whole new generation of comic readers can see why the Crimson Comet is one of the greatest super heroes of all time.

10) Unwritten TPB – Vertigo does it again. A young man’s life is turned upside down when a character in a fantasy book, loosely based on him, makes fans blur the lines between fiction and reality. What follows is a mystery that will take him on an eye-opening journey through the supernatural.

11) Blackest Night: Black Lantern Corps HC - DC Comics’ Blackest Night event dominated the charts for a good portion of the year and this tie-in was no exception.

12) Green Lantern: Secret Origin TPB – Geoff John’s take on the Emerald Knight’s origin tale adds layers to the story and connects the dots between the Silver Age and now.

13) Batman and Robin HC Vol. 1 "Batman Reborn!" – After the death of Bruce Wayne, a new Batman and Robin emerge. Under the direction of master scribe Grant Morrison, this new Dynamic Duo put their mark on a modern legend.

14) Chew TPB Vol. 2 – Fans just can’t seem to get enough of Agent Chu and the bizarre manner in which he solves crimes.

15) Final Crisis TPB – Disjointed action sequences and hard-to-follow plot threads haven’t deterred the fans’ desire to consume Grant Morrison’s DCU epic. Love it, or hate it, it cannot be denied that Final Crisis is in high demand.

16) Scott Pilgrim GN Vol. 6 – The final chapter of Scott Pilgrim’s quest came out just in time for the live action adaptation of the series to hit the Big Screen. The movie really resurrected this series in a big way.

17) Dark Tower: Fall of Gilead HC – Whether it’s The Stand or Dark Tower adaptations or the original American Vampire, Stephen King plus comics equal fan satisfaction.

18) Serenity: The Shepherd's Tale HC – The origin of the most enigmatic member of the Firefly crew is finally getting told, and fans of the terminated-much-too-soon Joss Whedon show are loving it.

19) Avengers/X-Men Utopia TPB – Nothing beats a good super hero/villain brawl, especially when the under dog gets it over on the big dog. In this fight the Cyclops-led X-Men are Rocky Balboa and the Norman Osborn-led Dark Avengers are Apollo Creed. Ding-ding.

20) Walking Dead Hardcover Vol. 5 – The absolutely fantastic television adaptation of this series really fed the feeding frenzy for all things Walking Dead in 2010.
